The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, adding to the comfortable ambiance. The staff, especially Frank and Daniel, went above and beyond to make my experience special. Breakfast had a great variety, although I did notice a small issue with the mattress in one of the rooms. Overall, it's a fantastic option for anyone exploring Hanoi.
